What kind of building plan do I need for the light structure house?
When designing lightweight houses, it is important to know the specifications of the technology.

If you already have building plans for the construction of a brick house, we will advise you on the redesign of the building, as well as technical documentation and recommendations of an architect.

If you do not have a building plan and a designer yet, we can help with the advice of an architect who is knowledgeable in designing with the technology we are using.

Is it possible to build a one-storey house with your technology?

Yes it is possible.
The technology is suitable for the construction of a one-storey family house with an attic, or even for building on an existing building.

 

How long does it take to build a light structure house?

The frame structure of a family house, together with the roof structure, can be set up in a few days after a proper foundation, the turnkey condition is achieved within 2-3 months as opposed to the construction time of brick houses which may take 8-12 months depending on the size of the house.

What kind of certificate does this technology have?

The steel structure technology has the National Technical Assessment (NMÉ) issued by ÉMI.

What makes a prefabricated steel structure environmentally friendly?

It is environmentally friendly because it requires the use of approximately one tenth amount of building material. The weight of a 100 nm brick house is approx. 200-250 tons, lightweight house of the same floor area weighs approx. 20-25 tons which leads to less waste and less energy consumption. The passive house can be achieved by building the appropriate mechanical equipment and its thermal insulation meets the passive house criterion.

How durable is a lightweight house and how resistant to extreme weather conditions?

The steel structure is free from warping, drying and cracking. It is extremely safe, earthquake, storm and fire resistant. The steel frame is extremely flexible and responds well to ground movement or larger winds.

Horizontal stability of the building is ensured by the outer and inner load-bearing walls covered by OSB building board and sandwich structures by built-in bracing structures.

The roof structure is a truss structure, the lower belt is also the closing slab, the deck chair is made of steel profiles used for the walls.

Which season of the year should I build a lightweight house?

The advantage of the steel structure lighthouse technology is that, apart from the concrete foundation, there is no drying time, the frame structure is waterproof, so it can be built at any time regardless of the weather conditions.

 

Why is the net area larger for a lightweight house?

As a result of the steel structure technology, slimmer building elements provide significantly higher building strength and thermal insulation characteristics.

Both gross and net area ratio is approx. 10% better than brick houses.

 

What is the thermal insulation of a steel structure house?

With the steel frame technology we use, besides the proper technical content, we can build a passive house with AA ++ energy rating.

 

Does the steel frame affect mobile signal strength or WIFI?

The steel frames are 60 centimeters apart from eachother so they do not obscure the signal strength.

 

What is the load capacity of a plasterboard wall and how can it be installed?

Elements are installed where necessary to secure wall-mounted cabinets and other items.

 

Can you see from the outside that a house is made of light structure technology?

Lightweight steel-framed buildings provide greater design freedom with bridges, brackets, and load-bearing structures in general.

In addition, the appearance of the buildings is no different from the appearance of a traditional brick building.
